When I was in leadership I felt alone, incompetent and overwhelmed!
I spent many years floundering trying to figure out how to lead well and balance my life. I've learned a few things and my mission is to share that with you, so you don't feel so alone, incompetent or overwhelmed
* You are not alone! Many women feel just like you.
* You are way more skilled and able than you give yourself credit for!
* You can change the way you are feeling...with some little tweaks!
I'm Kathy, and it is great to meet you!

I help you to find the strength, determination and inner self-confidence you need to figure out how to deal with everything that is thrown at you in leadership so that you can enjoy life.
I am here to grow you
Each day I work with people who are serious about strengthening their leadership and growing themselves.
You may be looking for something for yourself.
Maybe you aren't sure what that even is. But if you made it this far, let me take a guess.
I was there once also. I lived, that life of juggling it all, and not having too much fun at it. I simply wanted to be making a difference in my work and enjoying my family.
My experience, training and learning to do it myself have shown me there is a different way.
The real me
When I'm not coaching lovely ladies, speaking or writing you'll often find my nose in a book with a scribbler close by for me to take notes. You may also see me playing on the computer because I am a techie at heart. You might even find me sitting at my kitchen table dabbling in painting.
I have 4 kids, 2 granddaughters, 2 dogs and a husband who loves me with his whole heart!

(Warning: I am about the step up onto my soapbox)
I am sick and tired of women being exhausted, overwhelmed and frustrated. I can’t tell you how many times I hear from someone that they “love their job” but that they never really get to really do the parts of it they enjoy.
I talk to women regularly who tell me their health and their family is the most important part of their life, yet they never have no energy at the end of the day to give to those priorities.
I get so frustrated with a system, that tells women, they have to do it “this way” or else they can’t be successful. WRONG!
Women can be successful leaders & find a sense of balance and fulfillment in their lives.
My vision for you
I envision a world where women wake up in the morning and are eager and excited to go to work. I can see women working in organizations where they feel the work they do is making a significant difference, that it is fulfilling work. And in my heart of hearts, I know that women can come home after a full and fulfilling day of work and still have the energy to love their family, to take care of their body and to feed their soul.
